Globally recognized Swedish style brand H&M faced this concern with one of its kids's wear ads in 2018. A Black baby wearing a hoodie with the slogan "coolest monkey within the jungle" was featured in the advert. This immediately led to controversy, as "monkey" is often used as slur against Black folks, and brought on many customers to boycott the model.
